 What types of ribbons can you print?

We offer digital foil printed satin ribbons and pre-made satin gift-bow ribbons with an adhesive backing. Our ribbons are not heat stamped.

Why is foil limited to metallic gold and premium white fonts?

We have tested a variety of foil colors and made the final decision based on the print resolution quality. These two foil colors show up the clearest on the ribbon colors launched. Rest assured, we have more foils and ribbons on the way-so stay tuned. 🎞

What ribbon widths do you offer?

We currently offer ribbon in the following widths:

  • 3/8 inch

  • 7/8 inch

  • 1.5 inch

What ribbon materials are available?

At this time, we exclusively offer premium double-faced satin ribbon.

 Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Custom satin ribbons require a minimum order of 25-piece sets. However, our pre-made adhesive gift bow ribbons are sold individually.

  Can you print my logo?

No. We do not offer logo printing or private-label ribbon services. 

 What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We do not accept artwork or uploaded designs. Personalization is limited to the font available on our website.

 Can I use multiple print colors?

No. We currently offer only Metallic Gold and Premium White foil print.

Can you print on both sides of the ribbon?

No. Printing is available on one side of one ribbon tail only.

  What fonts are available?

We currently offer:

  Can I see proof before printing?

Yes. A live preview is displayed as you personalize your ribbon.

No additional digital proofs are provided. 

 🎀  Printing Process

 What printing method do you use?

Our ribbons are printed using a digital foil printing method. We do not use heat stamping or hot foil stamping.

  Is the ribbon washable?

No. Satin ribbon should not be washed or submerged in water, as moisture may affect both the material and the printed finish.

  What's the maximum printable area?

Personalization is limited to 30 characters for ribbon sets, including spaces.

  What is your turnaround time?

Orders are typically produced within 1-5 business days.

  How long does shipping take?

Shipping generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please review our Shipping&Return policy found on our website.

  Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only. All of our ribbons are proudly made in the USA.

  How are the ribbons packaged?

Ribbons are carefully packaged and shipped wounded in square box mailers to help preserve their shape during transit.

   Can I order ribbon samples?

Yes. Sample packs containing 4 custom ribbons are available.

   Do you provide printed samples?

Yes. Printed sample packs include up to 4 personalized ribbon pieces.

Can I cancel my order?

Because every order is custom made, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been submitted.

What if there's an error in my order?

If you believe you made an error during checkout, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes when possible. However, changes cannot be guaranteed, and custom orders are non-refundable.

Do you accept returns on custom ribbons?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping (video proof is required)

  • We are responsible for an error while printing your order, a non-match to your submitted order.

No. Printing is available only in our standard print direction.
